If you’ve ever thought “I want to do something that matters,” this is your sign.\n\n\n \n\n\nWHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH:\n\n\n✓ Hours you can actually use — for school, for scholarships, for your resume\n\n\n✓ Real experience leading, creating, and problem-solving in a team\n\n\n✓ Knowledge of how ministry, events, and community work actually run\n\n\n✓ Stronger communication and public-facing skills\n\n\n✓ A real network — connections in your community that last way beyond this internship\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nThese are the vacant areas that we’re hoping to fill:\n\n\n \n\n\nCOMMUNITY CONNECTOR\n\n\nYou’re the bridge — turning what youth actually want into something real.\n\n\n› Be the go-between: bring youth ideas straight to the leadership table\n\n\n› Make sure everything we do actually reflects our community\n\n\n› Build relationships with other ministries around the city\n\n\n› Help lead evangelism efforts out in the real world\n\n\n› Connect with local brands and businesses who want to partner with us\n\n\n \n\n\nSOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR\n\n\nYou control the scroll — keeping our story loud, clear, and consistent.\n\n\n› Keep our socials updated on every event, every week\n\n\n› Make sure our message is clear no matter what platform someone finds us on\n\n\n› Lead a content team creating fresh posts at least once a week\n\n\n› Work closely with the graphics team to get content posted on time\n\n\n \n\n\nVISIONARY COORDINATOR\n\n\nYou see it before anyone else does — then you make it happen.\n\n\n› Pitch the ideas and experiences you think would be unforgettable\n\n\n› Turn those ideas into real proposals\n\n\n› Build vision boards that get everyone else excited too\n\n\n› Think outside the box — always\n\n\n \n\n\nCOMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR\n\n\nYou keep the whole team in sync — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.\n\n\n› Help draft emails and outward-facing messages\n\n\n› Make sure everything we put out feels cohesive and “us”\n\n\n› Help write captions for social media\n\n\n› Take minutes during meetings\n\n\n› Track deadlines and give the team heads-up as they approach\n\n\n› Keep everything running smoothly and clearly for the whole committee\n\n\n \n\n\nEXPERIENCE COORDINATOR\n\n\nYou build the moment — the room, the feeling, the details people remember.\n\n\n› Design and create decorations for events\n\n\n› Bring the bigger vision to life in a physical space\n\n\n› Research what other churches are doing and bring back fresh ideas\n\n\n› Work with the team to DIY smart and keep everything on budget\n\n\n \n\n\nGRAPHIC DESIGN LEAD\n\n\nYou give us a look — something people recognize the second they see it.\n\n\n› Design posters for events and announcements\n\n\n› Create backgrounds for the LED wall\n\n\n› Make animations and graphics for our Instagram\n\n\n› Make sure everything looks amazing and stays on-brand\n\n\n› Build a clear, recognizable brand feel across everything we post\n\n\n \n\n\nPRAYER COORDINATOR\n\n\nYou keep Jesus at the center of it all — every meeting, every event, every room.\n\n\n› Anchor every team meeting in prayer to keep faith, purpose, and spiritual focus at the core of our planning\n\n\n› Partner with event leads to weave powerful moments of prayer ministry naturally into event schedules\n\n\n› Build creative, accessible ways for youth to submit prayer requests and feel supported by their community\n\n\n› Organize dedicated prayer and fasting sessions tailored specifically for our youth team and attendees\n\n\n \n\n\nWORSHIP COORDINATOR\n\n\nYou set the atmosphere — leading hearts into God’s presence and creating moments where worship comes alive.\n\n\n› Build and curate spirit-led setlists that align with the message and theme of every service\n\n\n› Organize team rehearsals and devotionals so the worship team is spiritually and musically prepared\n\n\n› Lead worship for youth nights and team gatherings, setting a powerful, expectant tone\n\n\n› Identify, encourage, and mentor young musicians and vocalists to help them grow in their gifts\n\n\n \n\n\nOTHER — MAKE YOUR OWN LANE\n\n\nNone of these quite fit?
