Community Health Screening Day
On Sunday, October 18, the APC Health & Wellness Ministry is pleased to invite you to another a community health day designed to help you better understand, care for, and take charge of your health.
Because caring for ourselves is an act of stewardship of the health, lives, families, and community God has entrusted to us.

- A national registered charity that provides education, support, advocacy, and research funding for the millions of people affected by diabetes and prediabetes in Canada.
- Dynacare Laboratories
- A health solutions company helping over 10 million Canadians across the country get timely delivery of test results and other health-related services and helping them take a more active role in their healthcare.
Here’s What’s Available for You:
- BARRIER-FREE Health Services
- All testing and access to results is 100% free of charge through the generosity of Dynacare, including access to a yearly subscription to Dynacare Plus ($10/year) — even without a Health Card.
- FREE On-Site Blood Testing
- Dynacare will be providing complimentary testing for A1C (pre-diabetes check), PSA (for men), vitamin D level, iron levels, and cholesterol levels so you can make informed decisions on the things that affect your health.
- FREE and Comprehensive Access and Support
- With complementary access to Dynacare Plus, your confidential results will be available to you within 24 – 48 hours, giving you valuable information about your current health. And with a health card provided, you can receive personalized support for any urgent results requiring immediate follow-up.*
* A health card is only required for 1-to-1 follow-up support with a Dynacare doctor. You will still be able to access and share results with your primary medical care.
