COMMUNITY CONNECTOR
You’re the bridge — turning what youth actually want into something real.
› Be the go-between: bring youth ideas straight to the leadership table
› Make sure everything we do actually reflects our community
› Build relationships with other ministries around the city
› Help lead evangelism efforts out in the real world
› Connect with local brands and businesses who want to partner with us
SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR
You control the scroll — keeping our story loud, clear, and consistent.
› Keep our socials updated on every event, every week
› Make sure our message is clear no matter what platform someone finds us on
› Lead a content team creating fresh posts at least once a week
› Work closely with the graphics team to get content posted on time
VISIONARY COORDINATOR
You see it before anyone else does — then you make it happen.
› Pitch the ideas and experiences you think would be unforgettable
› Turn those ideas into real proposals
› Build vision boards that get everyone else excited too
› Think outside the box — always
COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
You keep the whole team in sync — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
› Help draft emails and outward-facing messages
› Make sure everything we put out feels cohesive and “us”
› Help write captions for social media
› Take minutes during meetings
› Track deadlines and give the team heads-up as they approach
› Keep everything running smoothly and clearly for the whole committee
EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR
You build the moment — the room, the feeling, the details people remember.
› Design and create decorations for events
› Bring the bigger vision to life in a physical space
› Research what other churches are doing and bring back fresh ideas
› Work with the team to DIY smart and keep everything on budget
GRAPHIC DESIGN LEAD
You give us a look — something people recognize the second they see it.
› Design posters for events and announcements
› Create backgrounds for the LED wall
› Make animations and graphics for our Instagram
› Make sure everything looks amazing and stays on-brand
› Build a clear, recognizable brand feel across everything we post
PRAYER COORDINATOR
You keep Jesus at the center of it all — every meeting, every event, every room.
› Anchor every team meeting in prayer to keep faith, purpose, and spiritual focus at the core of our planning
› Partner with event leads to weave powerful moments of prayer ministry naturally into event schedules
› Build creative, accessible ways for youth to submit prayer requests and feel supported by their community
› Organize dedicated prayer and fasting sessions tailored specifically for our youth team and attendees
WORSHIP COORDINATOR
You set the atmosphere — leading hearts into God’s presence and creating moments where worship comes alive.
› Build and curate spirit-led setlists that align with the message and theme of every service
› Organize team rehearsals and devotionals so the worship team is spiritually and musically prepared
› Lead worship for youth nights and team gatherings, setting a powerful, expectant tone
› Identify, encourage, and mentor young musicians and vocalists to help them grow in their gifts
